Building work
All building work is carried out by our top quality experienced team of builders.
We dig good, strong deep footings below ground level for your peace of mind, and high quality neatly pointed brickwork walls, you may have your internal wall plastered if you prefer.
Steps can be built where required and drains, inspection covers, sink wastes, air bricks etc can all be accommodated during the construction stage.

Conservatory and roof
Many different styles and designs are available but the specification and performance remains constant.
Our quality conservatories are designed and built to be used all year round. How many times have your heard conservatories described as ‘too hot in summer, too cold in winter’
A badly designed conservatory, whilst initially very pleasantly priced can turn out to be a nightmare in reality.
To keep your expensive heat inside we insulate your walls as standard. All framing is glazed using high performance specification Softcoat Low E argon filled double glazed sealed units (for the technically minded offering a ‘U’ value of less than 1.2)
Our conservatory roof is glazed with either 7ply, 35mm thick polycarbonate, or if you prefer glass our standard specification is Pilkington Activ Self Cleaning glass units with blue solar control tint, Low E glass internally, argon filled cavity (other types of glass are available).

This high performing specification comfortably allows use of your conservatory in the depths of winter.
To keep your conservatory cool in the summer, Heatguard reflective polycarbonate in the roof or alternatively solar control Pilkington Activ glass perform well. Couple this with good ventilation and the option of a roof vent and/ or air conditioning unit you can sit in your conservatory throughout the year in complete comfort.

Structurally, our conservatories meet the highest criteria; we use the Ultraframe roofing system, the first roof system to be approved by the British Board Of Agreement (BBA).
Every roof is individually calculated to ensure the correct structural reinforcements are used, guaranteeing your conservatory will last a very long time.
