Everything comes with a comprehensive insurance backed ten year guarantee including locks, handles and hinges, and a Fensa certificate so that if you move on, everything is in order. Even your guarantee is passed on to the new occupants, which is often not the case.

Fire escape hinges which also double up as easy clean hinges are fitted to all bedrooms as standard. Safety glass always fitted in critical areas.

SECURITY

Your new windows will provide you with maximum security, locking handles throughout, multipoint espagnolettes bolts, anti jemmy hinge claws and internal glazing as standard. Our windows surpass all the latest BS security testing's ensuring peace of mind at all times.

Ventilation is also very important. Every window has a night vent setting so windows can be left slightly open with all locks engaging, trickle vents can also be fitted (especially important in humid areas) all helping to keep condensation at bay.

Double seal ensures total draught free windows when closed. Multi chamber (4 or 5 chambers) uPVC sections for maximum frame insulation. Soft coat Low E glass and argon filled cavities as standard giving the lowest possible heat loss figures - well exceeding current Building Regulation requirements

CASEMENT WINDOW WITH DUMMY SASH
Traditional style houses or cottage style houses often do not look quite right with the normal uPVC windows, resulting in unequal sized panes of glass and staggered glass sight lines unlike the original windows. Dummy sashed windows ensure equal sight lines and glass sizes, especially important with Georgian panes or leaded glass and coloured fanlight.

TILT AND TURN WINDOWS
Inward opening, tilt first for safety, turn for easy cleaning. Now with concealed hinges for a neater appearance. Tilt and Turn windows can be made much larger than conventional windows. Multi point locking for security.

uPVC SASH WINDOWS
Traditional sash windows combining classic appearance with exceptional weather performance. Full heritage features available to copy original sash windows, horns, deep bottom rail, ovolo beads, externally applied astragal georgian bars. Tilt action easy clean facility as standard. Safety restrictor stays fitted where required. Choice of handles, camlocks and brass pulls.
